Terms of Service

By applying for access, subscribing to the vendor membership, or placing an order through Good Morrow Tavern ("the Guild"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the wholesale portal.

Access to priced catalog and ordering is granted only to merchants whose application has been approved by the Tavern Masters and who maintain an active vendor membership. The Guild reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke access at its discretion.

Approved vendors remit a membership of $25 per month or $240 per year, billed through Stripe. Dues are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Cancelled or lapsed memberships suspend catalog and ordering access until reinstated.

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. Orders containing Japanese Products wares are subject to an 18% import fee and 4% shipping fee on the Japanese subtotal once the $2,000 minimum is met. US orders are subject to a shipping fee as displayed at checkout. A processing surcharge applies based on your selected payment method. Fees shown at checkout are estimates; the final invoice is sealed by the Tavern Masters.

There is no minimum order amount. You may order any quantity of any product. Orders are fulfilled through the supplier batch pool system, which pools member orders to reach each supplier's minimum before purchase.

All pricing, product lists, and guild correspondence shared upon approval are confidential. You shall not disclose, redistribute, or resell access to the wholesale catalog to any party outside your own business.

Goods purchased through this portal are granted for resale through your own store link (WhatNot, TikTok, or your website) only. Bulk redistribution to other wholesalers, marketplaces, or third-party retailers is forbidden without written consent of the Tavern Masters.

Product acquired at wholesale rates may be used for personal collection, but may not be offered for sale below the suggested retail value. Vendors found undercutting the Guild's pricing standards may be subject to review and suspension.

Orders are submitted as requests; the Tavern Masters issue a final invoice before payment is collected. Invoices are payable by the method selected at checkout. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of ordering privileges.

Delivery times vary by region and carrier. The Guild is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control. Tracking is provided through AfterShip where available.

Due to the wholesale nature of the goods, all sales are final unless the shipment arrives damaged or incorrect. Claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

The Guild may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may cancel your membership at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The Guild's total liability arising from any order or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the portal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Guild is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By creating an account and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Good Morrow Tavern related to account verification codes, order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, back-in-stock alerts, raffle and guild notifications, and marketing or promotional messages about products, drops, and membership offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or membership. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or request help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS may limit certain notifications, which will continue to be delivered by email where available. Your mobile number and messaging consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
