Good Morrow Tavern ("we", "us", or "the Guild") collects the information you provide when applying for wholesale access, including your first and last name, email address, physical shipping address, store link, and estimated monthly purchase volume. We also collect account credentials and transaction records when you subscribe to the vendor membership or submit orders.

When you browse the catalog or place orders, we automatically collect usage data such as product views, cart contents, and order history. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our servers.

We use your information to review merchant applications, manage your vendor membership, process and fulfill orders, generate invoices, communicate with you about your account, and provide shipment tracking through our third-party logistics and tracking partners.

We may also use aggregated, de-identified data for analytics and to improve the wholesale catalog and pricing.

We share your information only as necessary to operate the Guild: with Stripe for payment processing, with AfterShip and our shipping carriers for delivery tracking, and with our email provider to send order and account notifications. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Guild, our merchants, or others.

We retain your merchant profile and order history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to these obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact the Tavern Masters through your account or by the support channels provided.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Guild's wholesale portal is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes by email or through the portal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If you provide a mobile number, we collect it together with your messaging consent status. We use it to send account verification codes, order and shipping updates, back-in-stock alerts, raffle and guild notifications, and marketing or promotional messages about products, drops, and membership offers.

Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio, which processes your mobile number and message content solely to deliver these messages on our behalf. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the portal.
